Roselaine Boylan student work, ca. 1929-1930.

Advertising illustrations by Roselaine Boylan completed as a student at the New York School of Fine and Applied Art (now, Parsons The New School for Design). Boylan studied in the Graphic Advertising and Illustration Department in 1929-1930. The Kellen Design Archives collection is comprised of five student assignments possibly executed for a third year advertising design class. The assignments consist of illustrated advertising displays for the Grayline Tours bus company, Jell-O, Bloomingdale's department store, and Lord & Taylor. Artwork is executed in tempera and watercolor.
